All I have to do is open a document or try to finish a project and my name will be called. That's the biggest problem with being the employee with the most longevity in a department. The newbies expect me to know everything. I do know more about our business than they do, but I'm having a hard time getting my work done as I help them establish a reputation for client service.

I guess it's all worth it in the end. Once they're up to speed and confident I'll be able to stop doing all the little projects and focus on this really huge Flash prject I've been trying to complete since, oh, January!

So that's how my week is starting out.
